   B.) Planning
   1.) I mentioned that I want to form a committee to help me, Jill offered to help and Mark mentioned a woman in Damascus, with her own support group, has offered to help plan.
   
   2.) We decided to go with a DJ, as a more cost effective solution for the entertainment. I will still talk with some bands and get quote from them.
   
   3.) Food
   a.) We haven’t decided what to serve and whether to have it catered or do it ourselves.
   
   
   C.) Final outcome
   1.) We agreed that charging for tickets is a reasonable possibility and that: $10-$15 is acceptable. Depending on the cost of everything, how much the LDA sponsors and mainly how many people show up. That will determine the final cost of tickets.
   
   2.) Invitation only-everyone whose attending must R.S.V.P and purchase a ticket so we have a definite idea of who is coming and who is not. If someone has an invitation entitles the purchaser to bring one guest.

3. Bowling
   1.) February 17, 2006 @ 7 p.m. Still $7 for 2 games with $2.50 Shoe rental

4. Ice Skating; February 24, 2006: Arc Ice Sports Rink-Rockville at 8:30 p.m.



5. Patrick’s Day ; March 17, 2006-St. @ Willie & Reeds: 6 p.m.



6. Old Business
   Seminars-
   Meet Dr. Jesse at the March 14th meeting
   
   1.) We agreed to have the regular meeting part first so she can observe us, and then conduct the interview session
   
   2.) We will have name tags
   
   3.) Go around the room introduce ourselves: Name, age, disorder and the one topic that concerns us the most. This shouldn’t take to long, considering we will have other things to discuss.
   
   



7. Fund Log
   1.) We collected $29.50 for a total of $115.50
   
   2.) I asked everyone what they wanted to do with it: plan an activity or save it for a big event. Everyone agreed to save it for a big event, I mentioned a day trip to NYC and everyone seemed excited
   
   



8. Ladies and Guys Night Out
   February 11, 2006- Canceled due to Storm, will reschedule to a later date.



9. New business
   A.) Possible spring social events
   
   1.) Camping trip- Eric and Mark both mentioned that they have tents and I will talk with my friend that has camping equipment.
   
   2.) Memorial day- BBQ
   
   3.) Fourth of July- BBQ & fireworks
   
   4.) Other ideas from the group included: Hiking, Cherry Blossom parade, Six Flags, white water rafting and rescheduling the snow tubing trip, mountain biking.
