Meeting Times - Start: 7.15 pm - End: 8.35 pm

1. Dr. Jessie
   
   Mark announced that Dr. Jessie would not be at tonight’s meeting. Mark took responsibility for Dr. Jessie not coming to the meeting. Due to Mark’s busy schedule, and his home computer going on the fritz, Mark did not inform Dr. Jessie about the meeting until 4:25 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Mark received a phone call from Dr. Jessie’s husband informing me that she would not be coming to the meeting.



2. Voting
   
   Mark explained to the group that we needed to take two votes. One vote on readmitting Dan into the group and another vote readmitting Jennifer back into the group.
   
   The first vote- was on the topic of readmitting Dan back into the group and the second vote was for the readmitting of Jennifer back into the group.

4. April Meeting
   
   The group decided to go ahead and have the next Fun Bunch meeting on Wednesday April 18th, 2007 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at Mark’s apartment



5. Coordinator Position
   
   Mark handed out a sheet of paper with the write-up that Judy Lantz typed up regarding the new position of the Fun Bunch coordinator position. This position has been created since Mark will be starting to focus on himself in terms of both career and health. The paper stated what the Fun Bunch is about, and detailed attributes that we as a group want in a graduate student that will become the Fun Bunch coordinator. Mark gave the group between 5 and 10 minutes to read and look over the sheet of paper with the write-up. After all members were done reading the write-up everybody was totally satisfied with the write-up. NOW the search for the Fun Bunch coordinator position will start



6. Saint Patrick’s Day Event
   
   Mark handed out a multiple page packet of 28 locations where we as a group could go to celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day. The group listed the top 3 or 4 options, and Mark, Eric, and Walter used their cell phones to call the various locations to check about reservations. The winning choice was the Tower Oaks Lodge, which is a Clyde’s restaurant. The location of the restaurant is in Rockville, Maryland. Including Mark, 9 members attended the event! Fun was had by all who attended.



7. Other Items
   
   Mark pointed out that there other minor items on the agenda such as planning activities for April, May, and June. However, due to the fact that there were only 25 minutes left until 9:00 p.m., Mark decided to call the meeting to a close, and for an April event, Mark would start an e-mail chain, to come up with the April event. The May and June events we can discuss at next month’s meeting.



8. FUTURE MEETING SCHEDULE
   
   The next Fun Bunch meeting will take place on Wednesday, April 18th, 2007 at Mark’s apartment. The meeting will be from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
