1. Letter & Money to Maryland School For The Deaf:
   In honor of Michael Burke- Mark typed up a letter to the Maryland School for the Deaf, and read the letter to the group. The group approved the letter. Mark forgot to bring the old checks with him. MORE



2. Fun Bunch 10th Anniversary Logo:
   It is now official! Mark Titus's logo is the winner. It is now posted on the website.



3. Discussion - Previous Member Admittance:
   



4. Leadership of the Fun Bunch:
   It came to the attention of Mark Titus that Lorin will not be taking over as president of the group.

5. Making the Fun Bunch a better group:
   Ways in which we can make the Fun Bunch a better group and make the fun bunch into a “truly fun” group. Walter mentioned how we as a group we should go to sports events, and go on hikes as a way to get more exercise. Melissa and Nathalie feel that another event that would be fun would be to go to plays, concerts. Carla suggested that the group sign-up to do the MS walk.



6. February Events:
   The group did not discuss this matter at the meeting due to lack of time. Not to mention that February is just about over anyway.



7. March Events:
   Members can bring a card and maybe a cake to the March 17th meeting, as it will be Carla’s actual birthday. When a majority of the members had already left the meeting, Carla, Nathalie, and Mark discussed maybe doing a Saint Patrick’s party either the weekend before or weekend after Saint Patrick’s Day. Who is interested in hosting this event AND who would be interested in attending such an event?



8. National Learning Disabilities Association Convention:
   No Fun Bunch members attended the convention. The only people to attend were Susan Healy and Judy Lantz, both of the Montgomery County LDA.

    The next meeting will take place on Wednesday March 17th at 6:30 p.m. at the Strathmore Court Apartment community room. This will be the first meeting that Carla will be in charge as the president of Fun Bunch.
